Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During new collection launches, restocks, holidays, and promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150.

For orders under $150, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once an order has been shipped, Chronicles is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Chronicles is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
